Executive
Service Corps of Broward County helps improve the effectiveness
and efficiency of nonprofit organizations in Broward
County by making available to them free nonprofit consulting
services of qualified active and retired executives
and professionals that serve as nonprofit consultants.
This
dynamic program utilizes the exceptional skills and
abilities of experienced senior professionals who want
to spend some of their time in retirement by giving
back to their community as nonprofit consultants.

They
typically work with an organization for a period of
6–12 months, consulting on such topics as strategic
planning, marketing, public relations, human resources,
fiscal management, information technology, administrative
systems, and board development.
